We will seek scholars, visitors, or professionals to stay in our beautiful, furnished house Summer 2013.
The house has three bedrooms, two baaths, a large parlor, a sweet kitchen, an office, on-site laundry, drawers and closets for your clothes, linens, plenty of heat, plenty of light, and DSL. One bath has a tub; both have showers and good water pressure. There is a back porch and shared patio, and a park a few hundred feet away.

Ecological features include Energy Star appliances, zero-VOC paint, dual-flush toilets, a pauseable shower head, and allergy-free convection heaters.
No cats, no smoking. Prefer full-time workers or scholars, and people whose stays coincide with Cal's semesters/terms (therefore, leases begin and end May 15, Aug 15, and Jan 15). Visitors to the Bay Area are welcome.
There is reliable on-street parking next to the house. Nearby are BART and buses. We are one BART stop from campus, and it takes me about seven minutes between campus and here by bike.
