We seek a scholar, visitor, or professional to stay in our beautiful, furnished house this Fall.
The house has two bedrooms, two parlors, a nice kitchen, on-site laundry, drawers and closets for your clothes, linens, plenty of heat, plenty of light, and DSL. The bath has a tub, a shower, and good water pressure. There is a park a few hundred feet away, but there is no outdoor space to use at the house itself.

No cats, no smoking. Prefer full-time workers or scholars, and people whose stays coincide with Cal's semesters/terms. Visitors to the Bay Area are welcome.
There is reliable on-street parking next to the house. Nearby are BART and buses. We are one BART stop from campus, and it takes me about seven minutes between campus and here by bike.
